Truckee-Tahoe

From Sept 13th -15th the 3rd Annual Truckee Tahoe/Reno Air Races "Gathering of Canards" went off with out a hitch. At one count we had 28 EZ parked around the EAA Chapter 1073 building located at the intersection of both runways. Many more EZ people drove in or flew commercially to the event and I want to thank each and everyone of you who took the time to attend. It's always great to finally put a face to those email buddies and budettes on the Canard forum.

Everyone had a great time at the EAA Friday night spaghetti feed and Saturday breakfast. The food was good and plenty of it. Better yet was the camaraderie amongst all who were present. If you haven't yet made one of the EZ events you don't know what your missing. Don't worry that you haven't built, bought or it's only a dream to own and fly one of these magnificent machines. We've all been there and besides, if your on the forum or looking at this website you're one of us anyway. It's my guess that once you do you'll see what the "EZ" feeling is all about.
